EKC Registration Guideline

General Information

The followings are general information for EKC2024 registration. Please read it before registration.

  • Registration fee includes participation, programme book, proceeding, name badge, lunch meals, banquet and coffee breaks during the conference.
  • 30th July (Tue) Dinner: The conference delegates, the members of 9 Korean Scientists and Engineers Associations in Europe and their family members are invited for the welcome dinner at the Venue hosted by EKC2024.
  • 1st August (Thu) Dinner: All delegates and family members are invited to the closing banquet.
  • Registration fee does not cover accommodation, so participants are requested to arrange hotel room separately.
  • Cancellation of registration or refund requests will be accepted until and on 30 June 2024. However, only 50% registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given after this date.
  • Please follow the ways of registration for (A) Members of Europe Associations or (B) General Participants.
  • Early registration deadline is 14 June 2024.

Registration Information

There are two ways of EKC2024 registration for participants. Please check the registration information that suits you.

The local associations in Europe (EU-Member) are VeKNI (Germany), KSEAUK (UK), ASCoF (France), KOSEAA (Austria), KOSES (Finland), KSSEA (Sweden, Denmark, and Norway), KOSEANL (Netherlands), KSEAS (Swiss) and KOSEABE (Belgium). These associations’ members are asked to follow the instruction below to register EKC2024:

  • 1. Visit your local association website or contact your local association to find EKC registration information.

  • 2. Go to EKC2024 registration page and make a registration. A special rate would be applicable for the European association members.
  • 3. Transfer registration fee (including additional costs such as dinner for family, Science school fees, etc.) to the bank account of your local association. Please make a contact to get more information.
  • 4. Your local association will approve your registration based on your registration fee and your registration inputs.
  • 5. EKC2024 Administrator will examine your approved registration again. Then, you are able to check your successful registration on the registration system and also a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Registration fees can be paied using bank transfer or credit card. In particular, when paying the registration fee with a credit card, there is an additional charge of 20 GBP for general participant and 10 GBP for student participants. The registration fees for participants are:

  • Full conference participation
    • General participants
      • Early bird registration: 550 GBP (by Bank Transfer & Credit Card)
      • Regular registration: 650 GBP (by Bank Transfer & Credit Card)
    • Student participants (including PhD course)
      • Early bird registration: 150 GBP (by Bank Transfer & Credit Card)
      • Regular registration: 250 GBP (by Bank Transfer & Credit Card)
  • Extra Cost (if you apply)
    • Science School: 50 GBP (per Person)
    • Family Dinner (over 6): 20 GBP (per Person)
  • 1. You may check total amounts of fee in advance, which includes registration fees of registration and other programmes. This can be checked on the EKC registration system without providing personal information there.
  • 2. You must make a registration via EKC2024 registration page. You will have to pay the registration fee via the online payment system.
  • 3. If you would like to transfer the full registration fee, please refer the following bank information.

  • 4. All participants should upload the registration fee proof (image, pdf format only) after you pay or transfer the registration fee.
  • 5. EKC2024 Administrator will examine your registration. You are able to check your successful registration on the registration system and also a confirmation email will be sent to you.
