Exhibition Information

Sponsors wishing to participate in the exhibition should refer to the information below.

The conference exhibition provides an opportunity to raise awareness of your organisation, showcase products, technology and services, and to create contacts within the UK and European scientists and engineers communities.
Exhibition Venue
The exhibition will take place in Coventry, United Kingdom at the ​Oculus, University of Warwick. The exhibition hall is located on the ground floor Foyer and also possible on the first floor in the Oculus.
Exhibition Schedule

The exhibition will be open from 9am to 5pm daily from 30th July to 1st August 2024.

  • Exhibitors will set up their booths on 29th July 2024 from 10am.
  • Exhibition booths must be permanently manned during the event.
  • Exhibitors will be required to remove their displays on 1st August 2024 after 5pm.
Booth Info

For the EKC2024 sponsors (from Bronze Sponsorship), there is no charge for the exhibition. Based on the Bronze Sponsorship, we will provide:

  • Booth space - 150cm (L) x 120cm (W)
  • A table - dimensions of the table is 120cm (L) X 60cm (W)
  • A similar size backboard to a table (Bronze Sponsorship: Approx. 200cm (H) x 100cm (W) x 2 backboards)
  • 3 chairs
Parcel Delivery

All exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their parcels are labelled clearly and correctly, address labels must be marked clearly and include the following:

  • Contact Name: EKC2024 / {exhibitor contact name}
  • Company Name: e.g. {exhibitor company name}
  • Event Start Date: 30th July 2024
  • Event Booking Reference Number: 1204839
  • Number of Items in Shipment: e.g. 1 of 5

The EKC2024 will not be responsible for any items that are not reported or delivered on time.
