Deimos Space, 23 years in the aerospace sector DR. PASCUAL, Daniel Deimos Space Uk Ltd. Daniel Pascual received the B.Sc.+5 degree in telecommunications engineering specialized in communications in 2011, the MERIT M.Sc.+2 degree in research on information and communication technologies in 2014, and a Ph. D. in GNSS-Reflectometry (GNSS-R) remote sensing (cum laude) in 2020, all from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona, Spain. In March 2020 he joined Deimos Space UK Ltd. as a Microwave Remote Sensing Engineer.He is a member of the science team of the NASA CYGNSS mission that designs the sea surface wind speed retrieval algorithm.

CHA, Jihyoung Cranfield University Dr. Jihyoung Cha is a research fellow at the School of Aerospace, Transport and Manufacturing, Cranfield University, United Kingdom. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Korea Aerospace University in 2019. Prior to his current position, Dr. Cha worked as a post-doctoral researcher and researcher at the Luleå University of Technology, Sweden, for 3 years.

MITICI, Mihaela Utrecht University Mihaela Mitici's expertise is in Operations Research with a focus on stochastic processes, decision-making under uncertainty, applied probability theory, machine learning. Her application domains are predictive maintenance, airport operations optimisation, and urban mobility. Expertise: Operations Research, Stochastic processes and Simulation, Markov Decision Processes, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning Mihaela has an MSc in Operations Research from University of Amsterdam and a PhD in Stochastic Operations Research, Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Twente. From 2016-2022 she was Assistant Professor at Aerospace Engineering Faculty, TU Delft. She is currently Assistant Professor, Faculty of Science, Utrecht University. Mihaela has been part of several research projects such as HO2020- SESAR AEON, HO2020-SESAR ADAPT, HO2020 ReMAP, EFRO Airport Technology Lab.
